Dynamic Crane Block (make use of existing physics engine)

A proposal for a block with a cable winch and mag-hook, to lift items like crates or small ships dynamically. Ability to spool out or reel in cable to a set distance (like rigid piston).
Stretch goal: A dynamic gantry system, 3x10-12, that can move back and forth in addition to use of a lifting cable or inset piston. Ideal for factories, refineries, aircraft carriers, large scale production.
