I cannot load on my worlds or make any new ones to load on to. I m on version 1.203.023 on xbox.

Solved

When i tried to load onto my worlds, im told "You have no registered saved games. Your progess cannot be loaded" and im told the exact same whenever i try to make new games, i deleted my ld worlds to see if i could fix the issue, but nothing has changed, and i still cannot make any new wolrds, ever since this issue has happened i also cannot load onto servers without crashing in seconds. Im on Xbox 1 s and have not had this issue before.

Could you please tell us if you are able to start a regular Custom Game? Are the saves and servers you are attempting to load/join using any mods?


Could you please send us logs?

To send logs, you can follow those steps:

  1. Reproduce the issue by attempting to load a save and restart the game after the crash
  2. Press Y on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Main Menu or Pause Menu to open Help screen
  3. Open section Report issue
  4. Fill up email address (required) and description (optional)
  5. Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  6. Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it. Please don't forget this step as we cannot find your logs without it.

I am able to load into servers again, but I cannot make my own worlds or custom games. None of the servers or worlds use mods at all.

I tried to send the Logs on Xbox but not sure if I did it.

Thank you for letting us know the server issue is resolved. Could you please update to the latest version and try the custom games again? Version 203.024 should contain some fixes that might resolve your issue.
