Cannot connect to official keen NA#6

Solved

Been trying to get onto server #6 since yesterday on xbox, I haven't used an alt, I haven't used improper building methods.


I simply was playing, logged out and force quit the game, when I came back a few hours later I could not join.


I can join any server except the one I was on before.


I've reinstalled the game, I've cleared my cache, I've even tried another xbox and having my ISP sending new signals to my router


I cannot access the world I was in before no matter what the circumstances, and therefore unable to play the title on the server and platform I already had dozens of hours of work on

Hello, Engineer!

Are you able to see the server on Xbox? Are you getting any kind of an error when attempting to connect? Are you using the Quick Resume Xbox feature?

Could you please send us logs?

To send logs, you can follow those steps:

  1. Reproduce the issue attempting to join the server
  2. Press Y on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Main Menu or Pause Menu to open Help screen
  3. Open section Report issue
  4. Fill up email address (required) and description (optional)
  5. Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  6. Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it
