Permanent joining world when trying to join server Eu

Solved

When ever I try to join my server (EU #1) I get the small window saying joining world. It remains there for quite a while before changing to a reconnecting an then back to the joining world page.

Hello Engineer,


Could you please check if you have the Quick Resume Xbox feature enabled for the game? It's been known to cause similar issues.

You can try disabling it.

Another option is to contact the server administrators and ask them to kill or delete your character on the server.

Hi, the quick resume area is empty atm so I think it’s off. I had my tribe mate demolish my pod and kill me. I still can’t join the server. 😬👎

If killing your player didn't work, unfortunately there's not much server admins will be able to do.

Could you please send us logs?

To send logs, you can follow those steps:

  1. Reproduce the issue attempting to join the server
  2. Press Y on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Main Menu or Pause Menu to open Help screen
  3. Open section Report issue
  4. Fill up email address (required) and description (optional)
  5. Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  6. Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it
