Xbox Series X not connecting to host server

Won't Fix

RUBYBLOOD 27 , is username and can't connect to Keen US-EOS #3 . Connected to Number 4 just fine but friends have all advancement on us#3

Are you able to see the server on Xbox? Are you getting any kind of an error when attempting to connect?

Could you please send us logs?

To send logs, you can follow those steps:

Reproduce the issue attempting to join the server
Press Y on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Main Menu or Pause Menu to open Help screen
Open section Report issue
Fill up email address (required) and description (optional)
Press ‘Send report’ to send it
Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it
