EOS US 4

Won't Fix

Hello. I cant loging to EOS US #4 due to the screen showing that my user is already loggged in. I informed the admins and even with their help, I still cant login. Please help. Thanks again. In game name is Fenrir and faction is Dangerous F5s. My last login location was on earth at my earth base in the grid named Mobile bandit. My buddy grinded me out of my cryo.

Hello, Engineer!

Have you asked the admins to remove your character from the server? That should help you log in.

If that doesn't help could you please send us logs?

To send logs, you can follow those steps:

  1. Reproduce the issue attempting to join the server
  2. Press Y on gamepad or F1 on keyboard in the Main Menu or Pause Menu to open Help screen
  3. Open section Report issue
  4. Fill up email address (required) and description (optional)
  5. Press ‘Send report’ to send it
  6. Update this thread with details filled in the report for us to be able to identify it
