Cant login to Official Server
Solved
I can’t logon to US-EOS #2, every time I trying to login it says “Lost connection to Host/Server”. I’ve tried restarting my router, uninstalling the game and reinstalling, and logging out of everything. Nothing works.

To send logs, you can follow those steps:
After you do, we will link your logs and thread to our internal ticket about the issue.
You can also ask the server administrator to remove your character and any leftover grids owned by you or switch their ownership to another player.
