EOS EU #1 Not Joinable

Hello
I currently am unable to connect to EU #1 it says connecting but nothing happens I have restarted my console but still unable to join EU #1.
I am able to join EU #2 so its not a connection from my side that I can tell
I have the same bug

The server was restarted and now it's fine to join it.
