Adjustable Colors for Beacons/Antennas on HUD

The title speaks for itself. At the moment, it is not possible to change the color beacons or antennas on the HUD. They are locked at the default color of blue.
For GPS Coordinates, it is possible to change the hue, saturation, and value of the color as it appears on the HUD. This should be added as a feature for beacons and antennas as well.
In the Control Panel, players should be able to select their beacons/antennas, and adjust the colors from there.
