I encountered this specifically on Triton but have seen it on other planets. Winter storms in particular will manifest as black pixilation with some odds-and-ends color squares, which smear and change when you look around in first person. Other times, the weather will work just fine. This rarely happens in weather like Fog.

During the patching process, this problem stopped happening completely on the latest version.
