Add an option to toggle player weapon recoil on/off.

Weapons have way too much recoil to be useful. Add an option in settings to toggle recoil on/off.

If you run your own server you can turn off weapon recoil. Not available as a console option.

I know and there's no reason not to include a toggle for console. They may have added an auto aim option but that only works against players and is useless when playing solo against AI. It's like Keen only want people playing PvP and don't care about PvE.
