XBox - Moon Base Custom Game - Spawning Atmospheric Drones

The Pirate Base on the Moon is spawning Atmospheric Drones instead of space drones.
They spawn and crash near the base without engaging.
It looks like the pirate base is using the same "MiningOpersationsSite" antenna as the Mars and Earth-Like bases.
I have the same bug
