I won’t let me join this server but I’m able to join anyother one and 5 is the server I’ve been playing on can you please help I’m on Xbox and my gamer tag is Zen 4 Wut

Hello Engineer,
Could you please try sending us a log? To send the log:
Reproduce the issue by attempting to connect to the server.
Open the Help Menu by pressing Y in the Main Menu.
Select the Report Issue tab.
Fill in the contact info.
Post a message to this ticket with that contact info so that we could find your log.
