random glare and pixels during storms

Sometimes the game will have random Glares. Recently i’ll have very bright red, pink, blue Glares and it’s getting annoying! I think it has something to do with the weather.

Could you tell us if it happening on Multiplayer or Single Player? Are you using any mods at all? Could you clarify if this happens only in certain weather and only in storms? Is it when there is a change in weather?

During the patching process, this problem stopped happening completely on the latest version.
