Xbox nex gen server join bug

When I try to login today my Xbox series s used quick resume I tried to login and it started the join bug where it caused the loop
I have the same bug

It resolved by a server reset but I'm pretty sure what causes it is quick resume for the next gen Xbox

Only if the quick resume is used so if you start at the first menu screen of the game or it trys to load you in server from the beginning it creates the loop
