Allow Build Planner queue to hold more than 8 items

I'm sure there needs to be some sort of limit on this, but 8 seems unnecessarily low. I think 20 would be more reasonable.
I like this feedback
Up to 50 or 100 would be much nicer than the 8 we have, as this may work for the astronaut but dosent toch the sudes when it comes to welding ships
