Y axis inverted on spectator cam after last update across all saves

would like to report a bug that seems to have happened during the last update that I thought was me mispresing buttons and changing a setting but going into other saves its present in all of them mods or not.
Attached is a video showing how it's affected in different modes like in character and whilst in a seat as using spectator whilst in a control seat doesn't seem to be affected. Each time I rotate the analog stick clockwise 5 times then anticlockwise 5 times and only in the spectator mode accessed through the wheel at least on Xbox the Y axis seems to be inverted.
I play on Xbox One X (not series X), have never experienced this bug until the most recent update being on the 14th. and I own all released DLC
