Load World selection Bug (Xbox) after Warfare 2

The video attached will show a selection bug when selecting a world to play as it doesn't immediately select the world your looking at it seems to select the top world first regardless of what you scroll to. you have to load its setting then back out to have the right world selected.
I've never had this issue until after the warfare 2 update was released and am a little worried as something similar would happen in other games example halo reach forge and after loading in it would overite the selected world with the one that's named in the setting screen
Additional info: I'm on Xbox One X and have purchased the DLC
