long story short gtx servers not showing up on xbox

i was on server before the update no issues since the update it hasn't shown up on xbox and the only gtx servers thst show up on xbox are from the old version (before fieldwork) and we talked to gtx support and they say it should work and we don't know exactly why i cant see it we dont know if the gtx servers have a issue with there files or if its the xbox version that is broken

to be noted we tried
restarting
redoing the server completely aka moving to a different server and then new world and back up
we also made sure crossplay is enabled and its console compatibility is on we have a pcu limit we have less then 1gb of mods also worth noting steam can join the server and im not seeing them even though i can see outdated gtx and nitrado and g portal but none up to date gtx servers

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please check for us that you have PCU limits enabled for the server? And that you don't have more than 3Gb of mods enabled total? You will also not be able to see Experimental dedicated servers unless the game is in Experimental mode.
