We've checked the world you've provided and the video. Could you please tell us if the main issue is what's shown in the video at around 20:00 minute mark?
As far as we can see, it could've been caused by the oxygen tanks running out of oxygen. In the world you've provided, tanks only contain 3273L of oxygen and generators don't contain any ice. Same reason could affect air vents not being able to pressurize at the end of the video.
We've also noticed a timer that sets Air Vent Full 17 to depressurize.
Could you please check that when you experience the issue, no air vents are set to depressurize and that generators have sufficient ice and tanks have oxygen stores?

Also this is a ship that can enter atmosphere and I have filled the tanks but I will see but I think it might have been something with a DLC pack also if you look latter on at 23:00 the air vent decides to just stop working also that is a little out of date so I will be updating it shortly and here is the url for the new one https://mod.io/g/spaceengineers/m/issues2

Ok well since i full reinstalled the game I have not had the issue so it might have been a error in the games coding
