Multiple Y-Axis Rotors for Turret Controller

This would be a great addition and is quite frankly necessary for large grid weapons in small grid casings as a turret designs. this also allows for greater flexibility in turret design and would be beneficial for solar towers and large cranes as well as multi-elevation turrets. Please consider this as a feature for the next update.
