Share Inertia Tensor function diabled on Pertam Orbiter

I have noticed that the Share Inertia Tensor functionality, even when Experimental Mode is active, is missing from pistons and hinges etc in both Creative and Survival on the Pertam Orbiter scenario
Just to check I've tested several new game spawns on both Creative and Survival with other scenario maps and found SiT still active there.
