Damage Heatmap for Ships and Stations

Its easy to tell if parts of a ship or station have taken massive damage via deformation, but if the damage is small enough the deformation (if any) requires in-your-face examination. Now, If anyone wanted to fix their ship or station 100%, then said individual would have to fly everywhere with a welder, because again, not all damage is obvious via deformation. I believe deformation as a visual cue needs a complimentary system that highlights levels of damage using color (heatmap) to tell the user - with out failure - what can be fixed. To clarify, coloring of damage levels could be where blocks are colored red at 1% -25% health, orange at 26%-50%, yellow at 51%-75%, and green or nothing at 76%-100%.To fit with existing features, activation can be the same as choosing to see a ship's gravity field or center of mass.

Please ignore that I said green or nothing for coloring at 76% to 100%. Pretend I just said green. If there is to be no coloring it should be when health of a block is at 100%.

Maybe implement a tool that is fairly expensive to make that adds a hud overlay when being wielded.
