I am playing on xbox one x. I tried this with quite a lot of ships and the outcome is always the same. If I build a ship with a remote control on it and assign a camera to that remote control, after flying around and leaving the drone via x-button, i can´t acces any of my inventories, such as assembler, cargo containers or connectors. These are just a few examples. If i don´t assign the camera directly to the remote control, but via the toolbox once in control of the ship via remote control the same thing happens. A quick fix for it is, to just refresh any entity in the entity list. doesn`t need to be the same ship and can even be something i build on another planet.
Steps to reproduce this:
1. build a ship with a remote control and a camera on it
2. either assign the camera directly to the remote control or assign it to the toolbar
3. start controlling the ship
4. if you assigned the camera to the toolbar, view through the camera. Leave the camera view and exit the remote control so you can walk around with your character.
5. now try to acces any inventory blocks, such as connectors, cargo containers, etc
Like i said, a quick fix for this is to refresh ANY entity in your Entity-List and you can acces everything normally again.
This is quite annoying, since i have to refresh every time after using my drones.
I could even provide you with a video to that topic, i just didn`t know if it´s okay to attach video files.

Yep, it's definitely after using a remote controlled ship that the bug comes. When I leave the control of a remote controlled ship I cannot interact with any stuff (cockpits, cargo containers, panels, etc).
I have to save and load my game to be able to interact again with things.

Could you please provide us with more information regarding the issue you reported? I wasn't able to reproduce the issue. Is the issue specific for the world? If not, it would help to have a simple world just with the controlled grid. For some reason I wasn't able to load the attached world, for now, I made at least a ticket for that.

I have had this happen on many occasions. When I access the remote control grid with a cockpit or control station, I have no problems. When I access the remote control grid through my suit, exit the grid and then reenter it a few times in a row, I can recreate the bug almost everytime.
