Hydrogen engine fix

The internal hydrogen tanks inside of the hydrogen engine do not act like hydrogen storage which is strange because I thought my hydrogen thrusters would take the hydrogen out of the engines but does not? Please consider changing the hydrogen engines so that my thrusters can pull hydrogen out of them, thanks :)
