What exactly is the issue? Planets are not loading? Where is this happening single or multiplayer game? or campaign?

I’ve had this same issue on 2 different occasions. On the “tank” part of the first jump scenario and on a test survival world. The first jump scenario was single player and the test survival world was “open to friends” but I was playing solo. Anything else i can say that would be helpful?
