stored grids are gone!

Hello, all my stored grids are no longer in the services terminal. I was experiencing the "there was a problem" glitch before the update. Now the terminal is bare 😪. Is all hope lost or have my grids been offered up as a sacrifice to KLANG!? In order to fix the previous glitch? I had just spent most of my credits too buying them. All is not lost i still have 6 grids or do you advise me to start a new game? Thanks in advance for your reply O7
