Hello Engineer,

We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues. Could you please provide us a blueprint of the grid in question? If not, please let us know if it's fully owned by you or if some blocks are hacked from NPCs or other players. Does it contain subgrids?

Could you please send a log from the F1 screen right after receiving this error message? Please follow these steps:

Attempt to retrieve the grid
Close the error message
Pause the game
Press Y to open the Help screen
Select Send Log
In the text field write "Derek Spalla" so we can find your log on our side
Post in this ticket that you've sent the log
