Economy 2 update not working on Xbox

Pretty self explanatory. I purchased the dlc to recieve absolutely nothing. It updated but no new content was added whatsoever. Not for me or any other console player. I uninstalled the update, reinstalled, restarted, started a new game. Everything. Nothing works. It's not just me either. No person on Xbox got what they paid for whatsoever.

Thank you for contacting us. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues.

Could you please check that the DLC is installed? Please follow these steps:

Select the game in the Xbox's dashboard,
Press Options and selecting Manage Game and Addons
Select the top option and then Manage installation on Internal copy
Find the Economy Pack 2 and make sure it's Installed

If the DLC is installed, please proceed to start the Lone Survivor and open Radial Menu. Please locate the Safe Zone 2 in the Utility #2 section, Narrow Viewports in the Windows #2 section, LCD Billboards and Signs in Screens & Symbols section, Bulk Cargo Containers in the Logistics #1 section, Vivariums in the Decoration #1 section, Angled Doors in the Structure #2 section

If those blocks remain locked even after the DLC is installed, please provide screenshots of both installed DLC and locked blocks.

It is. I said that already. It is installed. I've been gaming for over 25 years. While I understand gamers make mistakes I can assure you I'm not. Please listen carefully. NOBODY on Xbox is able to play the new content. NOBODY. Most people will not come here and say anything or upvote. They will simply go play another game. There were swaths of people in the live stream saying the exact same thing. This is serious. The servers are all offline too for us because of it. I'm not exaggerating. Nobody on Xbox got a working update. It's installed, shows up in the list, shows I own it. But in game it acts as if nothing was installed. Listen. Im 36 years old. I'm a professional truck driver. I can assure you I'm not trolling. I have better things to do. Please look into it for yourself. And please don't copy paste a responce about turning it off and on again. It's a slap in the face. Had you have read what i said you'd know I have it installed. Or you did read it and decided to give me an uncaring generic response anyway, wich is even worse and shows how valued my feedback is. I'll send the screenshots once I'm available to do so.

Now I'm seeing a second update today that wasn't available yesterday. I've just loaded the game to find that now everything is in the game that wasn't yesterday when it was said it was. I suppose we can concider the matter closed. To avoid this in the future, I suggest not telling everyone something is available when its not. You may get upset and dogpile me but I think thats a very fair statement. If there is going to be a delay thats fine. No problem. But when you say its available to people and take their money they assume its ready and available like you say. When its not the they have to come in here and go through this. If it was simply stated "Hay guys, Xbox won't be available for 24hrs or so." That would have been fine and understandable. But that was not said at all. Have a good day and thank you.
