Can't find my friend's server

I can't find my friend's server on Xbox and I've reset and checked search filters, I've uninstalled and reinstalled, Ive joined an official server and left to see if that would help ive made a multiplayer save to see if that would help and my friend who owns the server has even switched server blocks to try and help me find the server again.

Thank you for contacting us. We're sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Please ask the server owner to make sure it's in the Console Compatibility mode and uses the EOS connectivity and not Steam. If the world doesn't have Block Limits set, it will not be able to start in the Console Compatibility mode.
It also should not have more than 3Gb of mods.
If the server is in the Experimental mode, you'll need the game client to also be in the Experimental mode to see that server.
The only other possible reason not to see the world is if it's ping for you is over 150ms.
If you've previously connected to that server, you can find it in the History tab and you can add it to Favorites so it's always available in the respective tab.
