Cant join any game

Hello!
Found out that I can’t join to any game, all servers are shown, but game doesn’t let me in, also problem exists with private games, have tried to join my friends private game(join setting were set to friends only and public) but all my attempts are unsuccessful.

Could you please let us know if the issue persists? If yes, could you describe what's happening, can you attempt to join a server and see the loading popup? Is the game attempting to reconnect to the servers?

Hello! With my regular internet problem still persists, while joining server it just starts loading but nothing happens. All attempts are unsuccessful with any server, also can’t connect to private games.
After community member’s advise I’ve switched on my phones hotspot and everything works! But while I’m trying to connect with regular internet servers still not letting me in.

Unfortunately this seems like an issue you'd need to address with your Internet Service Provider. We can recommend rebooting your router by depowering it for 30 seconds.
