Xbox EOS servers are missing

Yesterday I was playing on KEEN EU EOS #7 but now no any official Keen servers are displayed to join

Now I found another problem - servers are not letting me in, and after some moment few of them are missing from server list.
These are EU 7 and EU 1.
Asked my friends about these, they can join and play. What may be an issue with this?
