hunger and stellar sistem don't work

On version 1.207.022b0 (Microsoft Store retail), the hunger system and the solar system
(with all planets) do not work consistently. Sometimes they fail to exist or load properly.
A reset is required for them to possibly work.

We can confirm that Star System world should never be available on the Windows Store version. It follows the same restrictions as Xbox, with 3 planet types maximum.
