Not a Bug
When I'm playing I have the food active, and I haven't seen any foragable plants spawning on any earth like planet. I'm playing on a xbox series x,
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!

I was playing on Single player , I did figure out why nothing was spawning, there was a mod conflict that was causing the issue
