Dedicated server is no longer visible to me.
Had an ongoing issue for a while where the dedicated server I'm paying for has disappeared from Xbox Series S Server Browser.
The server was favorited and I could click continue game to load straight in - since the update before apex survival, the server has just gone missing. I know it's still up and active because I can still find and connect to it on my PC. I've re-installed and gone through the server's settings and set-up multiple times, but there's been no improvement.
I'm aware that there can be issues when a new dlc comes out, due to Microsoft being awkward with certifications - however both Steam and Xbox versions are exactly the same (minus xbox being listed as "retail").
I recommend you either set up a service where we can rent, or purchase servers from yourselves, or give the xbox browser the ability to directly connect to servers like the pc players can.
I even went and rented another server from Host Havoc, and the xbox still can't detect that.
Hello, Engineer!
We're sorry to hear you're experiencing issues.
Could you please let us know which version of the game do you currently have? It's visible in the bottom right in the Main Menu.
Please also check that if the server is in Experimental mode, your game also should be in Experimental, otherwise server won't be visible.
Kind Regards
