unknown signals on console work but aren't toggle able

i have through some bugs was able to enable unknown signals and played with them for 4 hours without lag or any other issues and since the apex update they now have a good gameplay reason to exist and without them survival on console can be way harder and i was curious if it could be enabled to be used without glitching your game into enabling it for you since they do work excluding the skins
