Hydrogen engine will not consistently turn on.
Solved
After its first placed the hydrogen engine is hard to start up even if the grid already has power. Refreshing (grinding/welding) a block with a conveyor system seems to get the H2/O2 gen to start making hydrogen for it, only then will it start to make power.
I have the same bug
I noticed the same thing a couple of times. I had to toggle the engine off and on a couple times.

The workaround is to power off the grid and turn it back on.
