Inertial Dampeners and Auto Orientation

This feature request is along the lines of the "Inertial Dampeners" switch.
In a planet gravity field, "auto orientation" will level the ship with gyros when not being over ridden by the controls.
In zero gravity, you can synchronize your orientation to a station's beacon. Once synchronized, your ship's "auto orientation" will level using the station's frame of reference.
If you fly to a new station you can sync to it's frame of reference. Players who want ships to share a frame of reference would just have to sync to the same station or possibly share ship#1 reference frame with ship#2 like when you share GPS coordinates.
