O2/H2 Generator using lot of power even when shouldn't

Hello, I noticed many time an anomaly in the O2/H2 Generators draining power from the battery (didn't test with reactors or Hydrogen Engines) even when they shouldn't work because Hydrogen Tanks and Oxygen Tanks are at 100%, all portable bottle at 100%, no leak or even Atmosphere with O2 available.
Usually if turning them OFF and turning ON again it seems they stop to drain power.

We have the same bug. The O2/H2 generator uses 20 times more power than all the other components in our ships combined.
