For the first one, it was successfully reproduced and put into our internal system.
As for the second issue mentioned here - we are already aware of it - see this thread.
Current workaround before the actual fix of this issue is to use the female character that is not suffering with this.

When this bug first happened to me it looked like my engineer was holding an invisible cup. So I thought it would be cool if this bug could somehow be implemented as a feature to be able to hold Cosmic Coffee and Clang Kola.
