Wrong tooltip on "Adaptive simulation quality" if you have experimental settings disabled.
Solved
It says: "You have to turn on Experimental Mode in Game Options to enable this feature.
The feature though is enabled by default so it should say: "You have to turn on Experiemental Mode in Game Options to disable this feature.
The same applies to the "Block limits" tooltip.
"Enable copy/paste" has no tooltip at all.
