[Wrong Build States] Dev oversight Large Sloped Corner Heavy Armor

Survival:
When building any Large heavy armor block and welding it without metal grids. the block will visually go to a "complete" build state 4/4.
The new large sloped corner heavy armor pieces will only go to stage 3/4.
this seems to be just an oversight during development of the new block. but should nonetheless be fixed seeing as there are blocks of the same category and type that are not behaving similar to each other.
I have the same bug 
Update: This is also true for the Half Slope Inv heavy armor, so possible all new wastelander edge blocks
