When I touch a specific grid, movement slows down and grid drifts away

It's kind of hard to describe really.
In the following save, if I load it up and jump onto the grid in front of me, the game starts to bug out heavily: My character movement is slowed down and I slowly start to rotate, the same goes for the grid in front of me. Reload fixes it, but as soon as I interact with the grid again, it happens again.
