Wheel Overhaul Needed

So After the Major Update, wheels seem a bit more broken now :/
They dont center correctly, On top of turning way faster than they should, They hardly climb a hill even with maxed Friction,strength, propulsion. it still struggles wheels spin like crazy, and not really go anywhere. Ive made a small grid light weight rover and a Large Grid Heavy rover, mid size etc. and they all perform non rover like.
* i can submit a video on the Server im running if that will help. but not 100% when that will be due to work :/
*if anyone else has have/had wheels issue please add them here so maybe we can get proper wheels again! :)

* wheels are not re-centering them selves after turning.
* Wheels are constantly "jumping" jittering around even when parked and Brakes engaged
* Spinning too much with 100% friction turned up on a 85,000Kg Rover with 6 Wheels.
* turns WAYYYY TO fast when hitting "A/D" Key **I have tried numerous Wheel settings and it still doesnt make a difference.
Please Devs Redo the wheels and give them proper physics specially for MP servers as its a MUST.
