Welder don't weld after restart game

Hello.
Need help with a welder.
I built a container, built a welder to the container, put in the container the resources needed for welding.
I put a frame for welding in front of the welder, turned on the welder - the welder welded.
Saved the game, restarted the game, the welder is in the off state and cannot be turned on, it immediately goes into the off state.
It does not matter which block the welder is welding, the situation is reproduced.
I run the server on my computer, play with a friend.
I have the same bug
