Weird atmosphere light

When starting a new game, for example in moon scenario, some planets like mars, wich is supossed to be red, has an atmosphere with a strong blue light, making it strange, in older versions of the game, like the current airthigness major update, lighting was smoother and you cuold perfectly see the planet, i think it is a bug ´cause when i change to 3 person view, my character, who has the police suit on, the black parts look almost like a dark green, i havent changes any color configuration in my pc
