Won't Fix
Spawning more than one weather effect stops all weather effects on the planet. They're not getting removed when looking into the Sandbox.sbc, but they won't play.

I wasn't able to reproduce the issue, it may have been already fixed in some of previous hotfixes. I tried it almost exactly the same as you did it in the video (it was very helpful), even used the same command to call the same weather but both weathers were working just fine. I tried it in Single player and also on Dedicated server. Could you try it on the current version and let us know if it still happens?
