Weather and custom voxels

I've tried to attach weather to planet Paradise from this mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1669459989&searchtext=paradise
It has only custom voxels. And weather doesn't appear there (but can be spawned manually). Seems that we can attach weather to vanilla voxels only. I've added weather to an old local mod - works fine. So, there is either problem with Paradise or with whole weather.
I have the same bug
Problem "solved". Someone didn't add a tutorial or normal comments to planet config. <Voxel>Grass</Voxel> means any grass, not only vanilla grass. <Voxel>Custom_Grass</Voxel> just do not work
