Vrage visual Editor bugs
Hello this tool is great, allowing to create easily lots of screnarios but few issues!
1 Major : Output variables hang the whole script batch (will not load in game) As soon as you add a variable to the output (like a string or int) and try to read it, it seems to show a type mismatch and dont load
2 Medium : removing complex nodes brake the editor and corrupt file generated : add a shownotifications node, like values to arithmetic a+b strings, save and reopen. next time you delete the arithmetic you get errors.
3 Paths of saved codes its quite hard and relative to real game "content" folder and not mod folder. Machines states will not run if not in the main game campaign folder
4 Issues with types mismatch often in ouput of arithmetic node, tool will save it but will not load in game.
5 Function get entity position use Name as ID but most of time Name is empty AND could be duplicated. Please add a Get entity position by ID so we dont need to SET a name by script after retreiving the ID with lots of extra nodes
6 Event enter cockpit output nothing exept the player ID
7 Key event enter cockpit ask for an entity name (could be linked to 5)
++ Need a real logging output or all the issues as most of time script will not be loaded in game, and no error at all in logs. So we need extra "loading script / could not log : xxx + reason" in either main game log or separate log
+ Need extra "counter / delay" features nodes if possible.
+ could be great to have an object inspector + drag and drop reading the sbc + sbs so we see what entities we could use without a notepad openened
