Voxel exploding when drilled

On some locations on Planets, moons and on apparently random asteroids, Voxel will detonate your entire ship when you touch it with a running drill. this voxel will, at times, also not be damageable by Warheads at all. Possibly related: Since the last patch, that also caused this bug to appear, landing on planets and moons with landing gears often results in big explosions and large craters in the ground that can destroy most of your ship
